Please bring your lunch and join us in the new Sumner County Courthouse for a 1 hour training with Johnathan Johnson, LPC-MHSP for a look at trauma-informed evaluation, intervention, and safety planning for adolescents with problem sexual behaviors. Our learning objectives are as follows:

1. Participants will be able to describe the difference between developmentally appropriate sexual behaviors and behaviors which necessitate additional evaluation/intervention;

2. Participants will be able to identify the appropriate referrals for assessment for adolescents displaying cautionary or problematic sexual behaviors; and 

3. Participants will be able to create an appropriate safety plan for adolescents with problem sexual behaviors to maintain the safety of the adolescent and the community.

As a "thank you" to the attorneys who are accepting AOC appointments in any Court, the SCBA will cover the reporting fees for those attorneys! If you are interested in getting onto the appointment lists, we can get you signed up that day. For all other attorneys, you will be responsible for paying your reporting fees to receive CLE credit.

We anticipate having a sponsor to cover the reporting fees for any social worker and therapy participants as well, so please feel free to invite colleagues who may benefit from this training opportunity
