  At 11:30 a.m., representatives of the Sheriff's Office and the Getting Out app will meet with the Bar to clarify procedures for inmate client access, including new initiatives to ensure equal access to justice. We will be registering confidential attorney accounts for the Getting Out app that day.

  At 12:00 p.m. we will watch My Cousin Vinny, followed by a 1 hour ethics discussion led by our panel of esteemed guests. This CLE will qualify for 3 hours of Dual credit.

  Judge Kee Bryant-McCormick, Chief Judicial Magistrate Thomas Akers, and Judge Joe Thompson will present the procedure for Orders of Protection in Sumner County from the point of initial contact with the magistrate's office to the conclusion of the case, including extensions of prior orders. This CLE will include best practices, as well as recent updates from the appellate courts.  This CLE will be for 1.5 hours of credit.
